There shall no longer be marriage or any form of Nuclear Family upon attaining the next level. The Nuclear Family unit is flawed due to the inherent segregation that is the base of this unit. A sense of separateness and league of kinship is a flawed program that will be replaced with a new Communal Unit. All children will be born in birthing centres and immediate wards of the state. They will be a part of a single Communal unit. Each Human is entitled to a private dwelling unit. There will no longer be private ownership of property or resources of any kind.

There shall no longer be corporations. All business will be state owned by the single World Government. It will be divided in responsibility according to Macro and Micro government bodies that are elected by the People. There will no longer be any United Nations.

There shall no longer be any countries or any form of separate borders anyplace on the Planet. There will be no more immigration or border patrols or arms of any kind. The military will be a form of scientific protection and space and pan-dimensional exploration.

Physics will be developed according to Particle theory by which the elemental periodicals are created according to extrapolation and theory. These new heavy elements will be used to produce stronger and lighter construction materials. Combining with that the study of nano-strings and nano-fibre use. Through the use of these new man-made materials the construction of super-structure cities will be developed into new dwelling centers. These will be designed in hive-like structures where all Humans will dwell. Any can move about the planet freely this way.

Money will be based entirely upon credits. All who contribute to society, who are able-minded will be awarded credit. This credit will be through a single Planet Bank –State owned, as all will be State owned-. This bank will reset all credits to Zero at the beginning of each year. There will only be credits and nothing else. There will no longer be Religion or any form of Capitalism. Most of the less desirable jobs will be mechanized. There will be many advances to free up Human Resources for other pursuits.

By increasing the Age of Sexual Consent from age 14 (what it has been for over 100 years) to age 16, the Federal Conservative Party is guilty of a gross violation of Human Rights. The reason for this increase was strictly to further their agenda of ending the separation between Church and State in Canada. The Federal Conservative Party of Canada will be held accountable for their actions in a class-action lawsuit on behalf of all 14 and 15 year-old youth as well as the sexual minorities who love them.

Age 14 or 15 is no longer old enough to consent to harmless sexual pleasure in Canada, yet it is still old enough to be tried as an adult for a violent crime.

STANDING

As an Atheist there is a direct violation of Separation between Church and State through this Age of Sexual Consent increase that was done strictly as a measure to terminate this separation according to the Christian Fundamentalist beliefs of the Federal Conservative Party of Canada.

Sex is strictly a human activity void of any morality apart from that which we choose to personally impart it. Human sexuality and expression is a right (as sacred as voting) that does not fall under the same restrictions as privileges such as driving or narcotic use. Sex is not evil. It is the biological function that serves as the natural state of existence and certainly a need in terms of human emotion and mental stability. The joy that is a learning in human emotion, passion ( EROS ) that all human beings deserve. No one sexuality is better than any other and each entitled to the same equal consideration and respect in all matters as a human requirement regardless of population percentage. Each entitled to their existence as a part of human nature. As entities in a dimension, afloat many in this, our dimension, sex is no different from any other in terms of the entire human make-up that is the flesh. Sex is nothing more than a recreational activity. To believe that increasing the age of sexual consent is going to prevent teenagers from engaging in sexual pleasure is false. The difference between consent verses non-consent, safe sex, contraceptives use etc. these are the things that youth must learn about in an unbiased manner in order to protect themselves.

As a sexually active homophile who engages in recreational sex exclusively with teenagers (some 14 and 15 years old), this act is nothing more than an attempt by a fundamentalist government to outlaw certain sexual minorities (myself). I will not alter my lifestyle and intend to defend my rights and those of my lovers. This discrimination based upon age is nothing more than a classification view verses the universal view. There is no good rape and bad rape. All rape is the same. There are no good victims and bad victims. All victims are the same. There is no good consensual sex and bad consensual sex. All consensual sex is the same. There are already laws in place in Canada to deal with those who violate our consent laws. This classification view is nothing more that an attempt to enforce a false division between people through a class that is invented and imposed according to the narrow definitions of morality by the Federal Conservative Party (and those that support it’s views such as the Council For National Policy). It is an invasion of personal privacy by the State that will not be permitted. This precedent of disregard and violation of the Charter that is an intrinsic part of Canadian Constitution must not be set in Canada. An atmosphere of fear, shame and lies will not be permitted to take precedent over one of courage, pride and truth. If 4000000000 people claim that the world is flat and only 4 people claim that the world is round, the world will still be round. There is only one truth.

The MANDATE of Project Freedom Canada

- That it is not within the power or authority of any one political party to rescind the basic constitutional rights of any group of citizens.

- The Federal Conservative Party in Canada is by passing of the proposed legislation to increase the age of sexual consent guilty of violating the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

- To defend the integrity of the Charter by preventing the rescinding of rights granted to citizens. A right given is protected by the Charter. To defend those citizens affected by this law not only directly – as all those aged 14 and 15 – but indirectly as all those sexual minorities defined as Hebephilia who suddenly find themselves outside the law in their sexual relations.

- To prove that the Federal Conservative Party in Canada has no legal grounds for this violation of the Charter. Their arguments are not based on fact but instead on general apathy towards this act and hysteria in regards to consensual adolescent sexual activity.

May Day Greetings from the Communist Party of Canada

This May Day – the international day of working class solidarity and struggle – working people across Canada and around the world face immense challenges. The systemic crisis of global capitalism has entered a new phase, one that increasingly threatens the very future of humanity and the liveability of our planet.

Contradictions arising from the rapacious drive of international finance capital to amass and concentrate wealth are provoking economic volatility and precariousness on a world scale. The global impact of the deepening U.S. recession is spreading like a prairie fire out of control. The spiralling costs of the current “credit crunch” crisis are now conservatively estimated to have surpassed a trillion dollars, and are still growing. Economic growth is coming to a standstill in many countries including Canada, where it has now reached a 16-year low. Energy and food prices are spiking while the manufacturing base, social programs and the real standards of living for most working people continue to erode.

In the ‘third world’, living conditions for billions have become literally unbearable. Recent food riots in a number of countries stand as undeniable proof that this system cannot satisfactorily meet the most basic necessities – food, clothing and shelter – for the bulk of humanity.

With increasing desperation, ruling circles in the leading imperialist states are resorting to policies of social revenge, attacks on democratic rights, and to militarism and war in order to maintain and extend their rule.

But these latter-day King Canutes cannot hold back the tides of labour and people’s resistance forever. The historic struggles against neoliberalism and imperialist plunder which have been gaining momentum across Latin America are setting a shining example to workers and oppressed peoples everywhere. This May Day we convey our solidarity to all those progressive and anti-imperialist forces – and especially to Cuba and other socialist countries and to the Communist movement internationally – who are struggling to help forge another, better and more just world in the face of such perils.

The working class in our country too must seize the social and political initiative in order to counter the devastating impact of the capitalist offensive. Whether around the struggles to protect jobs, living standards and social programs, or to stop and reverse the erosion of our sovereignty, or to defend labour, equity and democratic rights, or the imperative struggle against aggression and war in Afghanistan, Iraq, Haiti and elsewhere – the decisive step now must be our shared efforts to build a united fight back movement to drive the Harper Tories from office. The coming conventions for the Canadian Labour Congress (CLC) and the Confederation of National Trade-Unions (CNTU) will be crucial opportunities (convention for the Canadian Labour Congress will be a crucial opportunity) for labour, together with its allies in the peoples’ movements, to propel such a counter-offensive forward.

Anti-crime law receives royal assent

Ken Epp said his private member's bill is needed to legally recognize the unborn when they are slain or harmed by crimes against their mothers.

The Unborn Victims of Crime Act is narrowly focused to allow charges only where a fetus is hurt during a criminal act, he told a news conference.

But the bill, to be voted on March 5, has been assailed by critics who say it's a sneaky bid to slip fetal rights into Canadian law.

"It definitely is a back-door attempt to attack abortion rights," said Joyce Arthur of the Abortion Rights Coalition of Canada.

"It's trying to create a form of legal personhood for fetuses. And under the Criminal Code, you don't become a person until you exit the birth canal alive.

"If you give any kind of rights to a fetus - if you recognize it as a person, as this bill does - it automatically conflicts with a woman's established, constitutional rights."

It's an argument that has helped derail similar legislation in the past.

Epp insists the bill is about trying to right a legal wrong. He cited several cases where the killer of a pregnant woman was charged for her death - but not that of her fetus. That's because the law does not recognize the unborn as human beings until they are born alive.

"I'm very distressed that the issue of abortion keeps coming up when we're talking about an individual who has chosen not to go that route," Epp said. "The bill only takes effect for women who are victims of a criminal act."

It's not a crime in Canada for a woman to seek an abortion, therefore access to abortion is not affected, he stressed.

Mary Talbot's 19-year-old daughter, Olivia, was shot to death in Edmonton in 2005 by a delusional childhood friend. The killer is now serving a life sentence but was never charged in the death of Olivia's infant son.

"Imagine our amazement when we heard that the killer would not have any consequences for brutally taking the life of our grandson," said Talbot. "How could this be possible?"

Epp cited legal advisers who've told him the bill is constitutional and would not change the Criminal Code in any way that might undermine a woman's right to abortion.

Arthur vehemently disagrees. Exemptions in the bill may mean that it can't be used to restrict abortion, she said.

"But certainly it can be used as a bootstrap measure. We'll see further laws, further measures introduced that will cite this law as the basis.

"Obviously it's a wedge in the door to attack abortion rights."

It could also lead to the criminalization of pregnant women whose behaviour might be deemed harmful to their fetus, Arthur said.

A separate law isn't needed to ensure those who kill or harm unborn babies are punished, she added. Police, judges and parole boards can already take that into account when deciding on charges, sentencing and probation.

"What we really need are measures to protect women from domestic violence. We know that violence against women tends to increase during pregnancy ... and shortly after."

Private members' bills rarely pass and MPs privately say this one is not expected to win required support.

An early election would also force supporters back to square one.

Talbot isn't convinced it would be easy to find another Tory MP to take on the cause. The wider Conservative government is "terrified" to take on the contentious issue because it never fails to rekindle abortion debates, she said.

Liberal justice critic Dominic LeBlanc says he'll vote against the bill on March 5.

"I'm not convinced that it's constitutional," he said. "I think we're coming very close to indirectly legislating rights to an unborn child which have been held to be unconstitutional in abortion cases before the Supreme Court."

His opposition "takes nothing away from the horrible tragedy these families faced," LeBlanc stressed.

Such brutal circumstances "require severe criminal penalties," he said. "But I don't think this legislation is the best way to achieve that."
