Many of you have noticed that the Modern Boylover magazine is no longer available. This is a small part of a greater calamity that has befallen Boylover.net and all of their work. ” The departure of many senior members of the Boylover.net bulletin board management staff. This departure had been prompted by the return to senior staff of a member who had previously taken control of the website. Senior staff exodus compromised the site and made it vulnerable.
Since then, concurrent with a number of arrests in different countries on November 24, 2009, the Boylover.net site has been shut down. Boylover.net has been for over eight years one of the biggest and busiest such community website in existence. The common assumption is that it’s server in the Netherlands was seized under a court order.”
