Prologue to be added to Viamund the Boy-Love Vampyre Says… Poetry & Haiku’s

The trial that will take place this year will provide a nifty prologue to the book of poems. It will be between Booksurge and Amazon. Booksurge will have to justify it’s outrageous behavior in court. As a legal person does it have the right to discriminate in Canada? The same will apply to Amazon although it will be slightly more complicated. Does the envious position of a virtual monopoly  in online book sales grant Amazon as a legal person immunity from local laws which prohibit discrimination? Is it within it’s right to practice the censorship of ideas? We have no interest in money and this combo lawsuit will be only to enforce re-release of the New and Improved version of poetry as well as the termination of all censorship of ideas.

“It is better to permit a small handful of determined yet misguided individuals to indulge in a Boycott of Amazon, rather than to embrace a global practice of censorship of ideas by Amazon.”

These questions will be answered in Canadian Court. Let them abide by our laws or cease all business dealings within Canada.

Release of the book The Violators:No Human Rights For You

A fact based account of how a small group of Christian Fundamentalists managed to obtain power in Canada and thereby abuse that power by targeting a portion of the Canadian population for the divestment of their Charter Protected Rights while at the same targeting thousands of innocent victims for imprisonment. This will  make great reading as it will be entirely fact-based.

So look forward to an exciting 2011 in Canada.
