It is noted that my book page was deleted from Amazon but not my Kindle entry.  Upon further investigation it was discovered that many books that deal with the aspects of recreational sex and the positive aspects of  harmless inter-generational sex have also been suspended from Amazon. This has prompted me to push the lawsuit against Booksurge – owned by Amazon -. I have been too busy lately dealing with the violation of Canadian Law by the present Christian Fundamentalist Minority Conservative Federal government through the illegal age of sexual consent increase.  Therefore I have let Booksurge sit unmolested – this will now be dealt with – although it will be after the New Year.

Using for an excuse an “e-book” that amazon.com put on line apparently without even looking at it, Anderson Cooper of CNN has ignited yet another witch hunt. Fanning the flames of hysteria, he first coerced amazon into taking the e-book off line, and then attacked all of the legitimate print books on the subject of so-called “pedophilia” that amazon had carried for many years. After initially resisting this book burning campaign, amazon caved in.

Sending an email to amazon.com is a convoluted process:

• First, open their form in a new window, this current window will remain open so you can return to it for instructions.
• Click “Contact Us”
• Click “Skip sign in”
• Under “I need assistance with,” click “Something else”
• Under “Select an issue” click on “Other non-order issues”
• Under “Select issue details” also click on “Other non-order issues.”
• For “How would you like to contact us?” click on “E-mail.” If you have an email account you don’t mind sharing with amazon, enter it; otherwise use a “made-up” address. The E-mail you enter should have all the parts of a valid email, whether it is real or otherwise. There is very little chance that you will hear back from amazon anyways.
• Same as above with “From.”
• Now you can finally enter your comments under “Enter additional information, if needed:” You may want to begin your comments with “Attention: Jeff Bezos.”
• If you are comfortable and secure in using your real name, and especially if you have professional and/or academic standing, signing you name at the end of the letter will give it greater validity and weight.
• Finally, click on “Send E-Mail.”

Some ideas on what you might say to Mr. Bezos (be civil, insults weaken your position):

On November 13, an e-book by Philip Greaves entitled The Pedophile’s Guide to Love and Pleasure: A Child-lover’s Code of Conduct was removed from the amazon.com catalog. There is some question if this book was an instruction manual on “how to molest children,” and had illegal content.

About the same time, several books by various authors, including Understanding Loved Boys by David L. Riegel , were also deleted from your catalog. This book had been on amazon.com for some years, and it is my understanding that back in 2000 you defended it as not being an instruction manual on “how to molest children,” but rather a plea for reasonableness and understanding. Riegel’s subsequent books were even more scholarly discussions, complete with extensive research reports and academic references.

There may have been justification for deleting The Pedophile’s Guide to Love and Pleasure, but this justification does not extend to the various other books, so please reinstate them.

I am certain that this matter can be resolved through the courts and am looking forward to using the full weight of the law to enforce Freedom of Speech in Canada and elsewhere. Dominatrix to Harper: ‘fight like a man’

TORONTO – Sex-trade workers will one day be able to legally provide for their families and work in Canada without fear of violence, advocates predicted Thursday, even as Ontario’s top court kept prostitution laws in place for now.

A landmark court ruling striking down three key prostitution laws was put on hold until April 29, giving the federal and provincial governments time to appeal.

Dominatrix Terri-Jean Bedford, one of the three sex-trade workers at the heart of this case, said outside court Thursday that she is confident they will win in the end.

But she suggested Prime Minister Stephen Harper is hiding behind the courts on the contentious issue, and challenged him to “fight like a man.”

“He can withdraw this appeal at any moment and change the law through Parliament,” she said.

“His silence means that he does not know what to do and is not concerned about the violence against women.”

Harper was asked about Bedford’s comments after he made an unrelated announcement and seemed tickled.

“I’ve never been called upon to respond to a dominatrix before,” he said with a smirk.

Harper said the government supports the laws and his government looks forward to fighting on appeal to keep them on the books.

“We believe that the prostitution trade is bad for society,” he said. “That’s a strong view held by our government, I think by most Canadians.”

Even with the full weight of the federal government on the opposing side, Bedford said she will continue to fight for the safety of other women. Unspecified disabilities have left her unable to “tie people up and spank them” as much as she’d like to these days.

“The only people who benefit from this law right now are tax evaders and organized crime,” she said.

“The women need to be able to call the police when they’re beat up by the pimps and the johns. As it stands right now they can”t.

They can’t press charges because they’re carted to jail along with (the assailants).”

In September, Ontario Superior Court Judge Susan Himel struck down laws against keeping a common bawdy house, communicating for the purposes of prostitution and living on the avails of the trade.

That ruling was subject to a temporary stay, and the federal and Ontario governments argued the stay should be extended, lest prostitutes from all over flood to Ontario amid an unprecedented “social experiment.”

On Thursday the Court of Appeal for Ontario granted another temporary stay, meaning the laws will remain on the books until at least April 29. It puts pressure on the government to expedite the appeal.

Justice Minister Rob Nicholson said the government was pleased with the stay, saying there are “considerable” harms that flow from unfettered prostitution.

“These laws are necessary to protect not only the individuals…but the communities as well,” he said.

“If the activity is carried on on the street and police are unable to intervene, this can have a devastating effect on communities and neighbourhoods.”

Nikki Thomas, the deputy director of the Sex Professionals of Canada, said when — not if — Himel’s decision is affirmed by higher courts and comes into effect, it won’t mean that prostitutes will ply their trade on playgrounds and bring sexual anarchy to the streets.

“All that you’ll see is one of the most marginalized groups in the country will finally have the opportunity to take care of their own safety,” she said outside court.

Advocates say Himel’s ruling, once in effect, will allow sex-trade workers to hire bodyguards and file income taxes.

In his ruling, the Appeal Court judge said it would be harmful to the public interest to have the lower court ruling come into effect immediately.

“I am satisfied that it is in the public interest that the judgment be stayed for a relatively short period to permit appellate review of the decision,” Justice Marc Rosenberg wrote.

He called the governments’ evidence “less than compelling” and “somewhat overblown,” but said his principal concern was having a regulatory void if no stay was granted.

Rosenberg ordered that his stay remain in place until April 29 or until the appeal is heard — whichever is earlier.

A current schedule worked out between lawyer Alan Young, who represents the sex-trade workers, and the government lawyers suggests an appeal will be heard in the summer. But Young said he is ready to argue the case tomorrow and urged the governments to press ahead so the appeal can be heard before the stay expires.

It’s likely the case will end up before the Supreme Court of Canada, and Young believes Himel’s decision will ultimately stand.

“The only really important issue right now is not whether the law is going to be applied in the short term, it’s whether or not Justice Himel is right that we have an irrational regime that is hurting a vulnerable population,” Young said.

Prostitution was not illegal in Canada, but the court struck down three provisions that criminalized most aspects of prostitution, however, Criminal Code offences dealing with people under 18 are not affected.

Two very entertaining stories in the National Post today (Nov.17,2010) about the Stupid Conservative Party, had me laughing. Let’s look at the first one entitled “12 year-olds have sex with adults: Study” (I could have told them that and saved them the cost of the study.) The article is short so view it below.

“Increasing the legal age of sexual consent does not protect youth most at risk, as children 12 years old and younger have reported sexual experiences with adults, new British Columbia-based research suggests.” All children enjoy orgasms because all Human Beings enjoy them. It doesn’t matter if they are Dry Orgasms. This is a natural Human thing and as long as the sex is consensual, it is harmless. It matters not what the Anti-Humanist proponents want the public to believe. Children are not different from adults and 14 and 15 year-olds have been regarded as legally “Adults” within Canada for hundreds of years. For some odd reason we continue to see the attempts to create an atmosphere of “Shame, Fear and Lies”.

“The law was changed to protect 14 and 15 year olds from adult sexual predators. But it turns out they’re not the ones at greatest risk,” said lead investigator Bonnie Miller. “We found children under 13, already protected by the existing law, were the ones most likely to report first sex with adults age 20 years or older.” To protect horny teens from recreational sexual pleasure is the reason why the Federal Conservative Party of Canada violated the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms ( Something that is unique to Canada and why it must be defended) with this illegal age of sexual consent increase. To target a portion of the population in order to divest them of their Charter Protected rights is illegal in Canada. Fortunately Project Freedom Canada will soon have this rectified and restore Law and Order to Canada. After the victory we will be able to punish those responsible to such an extent that they will cease to exist as a political entity within Canada. We shall protect and enforce an atmosphere of “Courage, Pride and Truth”.

It is interesting that there was a short blurb in Wikipedia located in the area of the Age of Sexual Consent Reform Laws within Canada. It mentioned that Octaevius Altair did go to the Supreme Court in order to take the Attorney General of Canada to trial in order to strike all illegal amendments from the criminal code of Canada before any innocent victims could be charged. It might not, I’m actually on the serial killer task force and usually do that but I came across this guy and was look woo. This guy is one freak. If you want to delete it that’s cool. I’ve actually been looking around the pedo articles because they said on a perverted justice sight that pedophiles were overrunning the place. I have to admit I have seen some editors that are a bit suspect. Plus, Squeakbox ( SqueakBox / Richard Weiss)  joined are project so I looked through his contribs and he seems to do a lot of anti-pedo/victims rights stuff so I just kind of jumped around the sights he was editing. Apparently the fact that this matter is still before the courts is not good enough for Wikipedia. It is noted that there are many in this site with connections to radical right-wing groups and even illegal organizations like Perverted Justice – a vigilante group started my a mentally deranged man named Xavier Von Erck.(Philip John Eide)-

We are still before the courts in regards to restoring law and order to Canada. We were denied standing on behalf of public interest last year at this trial Court File CV-08-00355544-0000

Now we have had to take our complaints to the Canadian Bar Association in order to determine if there are any law firms that are not in fact representing the best interests of the client but are actually representing the best interests of the government. File 2010-2381

Those who represent the darkness of superstition will not be able to hide from our light.

We will prevail in defending the rights of all citizens aged 14 and 15 years old from the time these illegal amendments were added to the criminal code of Canada until after our victory and all illegal amendments that rely upon the Age of Sexual Consent within Canada to be age 16 are struck from the code.

We will then commence a class-action lawsuit against the Federal Conservative Party Of Canada on behalf of all these 14 and 15 year-old legally within Canada as well as any targeted sexual minorities targeted through this by the Federal Government.

It is a fact that the Federal Conservative Party of Canada have shamelessly allied itself with the Fundamentalist Christian movement within North America. Many members actually being involved with such disreputable organizations such as the Council for National Policy, Focus On The Family, Focus On The Family Canada etc. Their links will be exposed and this party will be punished as a result of their flagrant attempts to impose their perverted values on the rest of Canada by disregarding our Canadian Charted of Rights and Freedoms in order to alter our laws to divest targeted citizens of their Charter Protected rights and target additional sexual minorities within Canada for imprisonment.

Thus we see justice moving forward regardless of what the biased editors at Wikipedia feel about it.

Actions will always speak louder than words. Shame on Wikipedia. Their actions speak volumes as will mine.

It is great that the just riots in France continue. Hopefully they will escalate and begin to grow to other places of social disgrace throughout Europe. The British should be well to follow the example of outraged citizens in France in their discontent over a Billionaire leader who’d rather balance a budget by taking from the “Have not’s” as opposed to the “haves”. It is time to begin heavily taxing all corporations everywhere all over the globe. Time to do whatever is required to ensure that this is done regardless of the positions of governments. Those who say that  taxing corporations is not good for the economy are telling lies. It is only because they flee to places void in tax. We must ensure that no such places are left unmolested anywhere in the World.

So let us hope that the crisis in France continues and grows worse and spreads until it engulfs the whole of Imperialist Europe and all those who do not support the riots are exposed and reviled. Never forget that the United Nations is a vapid organization that is only interested in maintaining the status quo of the Imperialists.  Canada should not be a member of the United Nations. It is time to replace the United Nations with a new world body that will be composed of representatives from First, Second, Third and Fourth World nations as well as representatives of Environmental Groups and Scientists. No more this United Nations and it’s Veto Holding interests – not being interested in the people of the World -. It’s a small World and it is only going to get smaller as the population grows along with technology while Human Civilization remains at Level Zero.

Who Are We?

Boylove is a worldwide phenomenon that does not recognise the boundaries of gender, race, nationality, age, religious beliefs or philosophy. Boylove describes a special kind of relationship between human males. Boylove has always been with us, exists among us today and will always continue to exist.

A boylover is commonly referred to as a “pedophile”. Since boylovers can only speak for themselves, the feminists viewpoint cannot be expressed as part of this document. For the same reason you will not find a treatment about the love of women to boys, nor the love of men to girls as part of this discussion. The aim of this document is to explain the love between human males.

As boylovers we distance ourselves from the current discussion about “child sexual abuse”. We are not willing to participate in a confrontational discussion that does not even take into account the variety of sexual relationships between various age groups.

This document represents the views of the author. The stereotype boylover does not exist. There are as many different opinions among boylovers, as there are men who love and admire boys.
Who Should Read This Document?

This document was written for all boylovers, their friends, their boyfriends and their girlfriends. Further, it was conceived for those children who have been, or may someday be confronted with this subject. It is aimed at parents, counselors, teachers and everyone whose life is touched, privately or professionally, by children. Hopefully, it will be read by some who deal with children, youths and boylovers as part of a therapy program. Finally, this document is a resource for those who may have kept an open mind and are genuinely interested in learning more about the difficult subject of “boylove”.

This document hopes to assist the reader in shaping his or her own opinion. While we are not hoping to gain any supporters for our opinions, we would like to be afforded the opportunity to submit our point-of-view to the current debate.
Why Was This Document Published?

The discourse about sexual contacts between different age groups, particularly those that take place between children and adults, has reached a dead-end. The parties on either side of the argument are no longer on speaking terms. Those who have taken it upon themselves to protect every boy from every boylover place the blame squarely on the boylover. To further their cause, these people do not bother to separate fiction and hearsay from the alleged facts. Their doctrine still nourishes from several centuries filled with repressive sexual standards. When child sexuality became taboo, the thought spread through our collective conscience that a child is simply not a sexual being. Sigmund Freud ventured past this taboo. Since that time, the attempt has been made to restrict the newly discovered sexuality of children by means of legislation. The imbalance of power which governs the relationship between adults and children was swiftly expanded to include the subject of sexuality. The adult members of our society mandate how a child is to cope with his or her own sexuality. The attempt to employ restrictions and punishment as a means of child rearing often causes the child to experience serious conflicts. While may traumatise the child, it will certainly do nothing to further his or her natural development in the future. The discrepancy between the desire a child may experience and the restrictions placed upon these desires by society harms the natural and healthy development of his or her own sexuality. As a result, these children will suffer from some psychological damage even as adults.

This document presents the opposing point of view. At the same time, it attempts to liberate children and adults from many false premises which govern our relationships and our sexuality. In view of the social and cultural position of a boylover, an attempt will be made to present his fundamental ethics – particularly the rights of the boy and the boylover’s responsibilities.
What Is Boylove?

It is not possible to reduce or limit boylove by focusing only on the sexual aspects of an intergenerational relationship. Human sexuality plays the same part in a boylove relationship as it undoubtedly does in any relationship between human beings. Therefore it may not not be present, only slightly present, or explicitly present in any given relationship. A relationship that is based on sexual contact alone is not really part of boylove, because this term includes far more than that.

A boylover desires a friendly and close relationship with a boy. This relationship will not necessarily include any sexual intimacy, nor will it necessarily exclude it. A boylover’s fascination focuses primarily on the “boyish” and “childish” traits that are particular to any boy. The physical traits of the boy and the boylover’s sexual desires, which may or may not be present, are quite secondary to that fascination. A boylover will go to great lengths to protect a boy from negative influences, or any physical and emotional harm. Further, a boylover will not resort to threats nor will he show any signs of aggressive or even violent behavior as part of a relationship.
The Boylove Relationship

In most cases is the attraction between the boylover and the boy is mutual. The boy is drawn to an adult who takes him seriously and treats him respectfully. The boylove relationship is void of the demeaning power struggles and restrictions which are customarily are part of any child/adult relationship. In a boylove relationship, the boy is afforded the chance to experience himself as a person. A person who may have and express his own opinion, without running the risk of having it cast aside as unqualified, or even “childish”. His spirit, as well as his body, are seen as a whole. Not as something that is still in the process – a developmental stage on the way to adulthood.

A child is commonly viewed as someone who needs to grow up in order to become a person. Society applies adult standards in order to shape and mould the child. Personality traits that may be considered undesirable or inconvenient, are often removed in the process of child rearing and education.

As part of a boylove relationship the older partner accepts and nourishes the spirit of the child. The boylover doesn’t try to apply adult standards of behaviour in order force the boy’s spirit to fit the mould. The boy experiences this acceptance of his own unique character as something very special and pleasant. He feels free to develop and grow, because his partner treasures his personality and takes it seriously.

Although the adult partner is always in a position to exercise power over the child, the boylover tries to avoid any power struggles within the relationship. However, the boylover must be aware of the fact that an imbalance of power is present in any adult/child relationship. Therefore a situation may arise where he may need to raise this topic with his partner.
What Are The Rights Of The Boy?

First and foremost it is the right of the boy to develop his personality and his sexuality freely. This rule must govern every boylove relationship and it does. Any physical or psychological pressure inherently infringes upon this precious right. Further, any restrictions that may interfere with the development of his personality, or those that may prohibit him from experiencing his sexuality without restraints, may also be considered an infringement of his rights. It is the boylovers responsibility to shape the relationship in order to comply to the wishes and needs of the boy. It is also his responsibility to ask questions and listen carefully. Most importantly, the boylover must not interfere with the autonomous development of the boy.

The boy has the right to be protected against physical or psychological abuse. It should also be considered a form of abuse when a boy is prohibited from exercising his rights to experience a loving relationship, or if he is not allowed to experience and develop his own sexuality. The rights of the boy should be respected in this regard, too.
What Are Our Demands?

We demand the freedom of individual sexuality for boys and for boylovers.

We demand that current standards of sexuality are reconsidered. These standards infringe upon basic human rights, because they prohibit children and those who love them from even thinking about engaging in any sexual intimacy.

We demand that any medical, psychological or religious notions which are preconceived against child sexuality, be exempted from a discussion about new sexual standards.

We demand that children as well as boylovers be included in the current debate concerning sexuality between children and adults. At this point, the “experts” are people who have gained their knowledge about intergenerational relationships from books and statistics. It sounds incredible: there are people who are defending the best interests of an age group and they haven’t even bothered to ask members of this age group if this representation is desirable, or in their best interests.

We demand our freedom of speech in the media. The internet is being targeted as the forum for boylovers. We demand to be held to the same standards as every other participant in the internet: if there is nothing illegal being published on a “boylove site” then this site may not be shut down, or censored at will.

We demand a forum for open communication between boylovers. A forum that is entirely free from repression. This discourse, support and a sense of community is important. It is a place to discuss sexual ethics and a forum that will be reached by boylovers from around the globe.

We demand that society reconsiders the status of the child. This is our most important demand. Since children are not granted their own personality, and since they are not being taken seriously, there are “experts” who may represent their “best interests”. And as long as we allow this representation to take place, children will be denied their right to develop their own personality, as well as their own sexuality.

There has been some controversy recently in Canada in regards to the flagrant attempt by the present Christian Fundamentalist Conservative Minority Federal Government to control the media by launching it’s own controlled Imperialist Faux (FOX) News Channel within Canada. This hearkens to a prior attempt by this same government to control our media. Their Masters have now decided it is time for a Faux News channel that exists solely to inflict Imperialism and Fundamentalist Christianity upon the targeted Canadian Public. Many of you will recall the prior article HERE about a disturbing development within Canada of a lack of seeming sense in regards to legal defense teams and firms within Canada pertaining to the illegal amendments made to the Criminal Code of Canada by the present Christian Fundamentalist Minority Conservative Government. Project Freedom Canada has  made numerous attempts to communicate with a local Calgary Law firm in order to offer aid to exonerate their client of all charges based on the Charter Defence. We had previously attempted to take the Attorney General of Canada to the Supreme  Court in March 2009 in order to prevent innocent victims from being charged under this gross violation of our Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Sadly we were denied Standing on behalf of public interest and therefore denied the opportunity to challenge and victoriously restore Law and Order to Canada – thereby defeating those Classificationist, Sectarian interests within Canada and their attempts to instill shame, fear and lies in all Canadian People-.

Project Freedom Canada has been in touch with the Canadian Bar Association and intends to launch an investigation into the possibility of certain law firms not representing the best interests of their clients through their overt/covert actions but are instead defending the government position within the Courts of Our Land. Project Freedom Canada has attempted to co-operate with these Law Firms but has been ignored. So we must take it to the next level. Our legal team has informed us that this could take weeks to commence.
